Grade/Salary: ME9 £28,356 - £30,108 per annum
1 x 35 hour posts (140 hours over a 4 weekly shift pattern including 2 weekends every 4 weeks
This post is also eligible to receive an additional payment of £1,629 per annum shift allowance and £3,759 per annum weekend enhancement.
Brightwell Specialist Out of School Provision
Brightwell is run by Merton Council and provides an afterschool, weekend and school holiday service for children with disabilities and complex needs aged from 6 to 18 years of age.

We are seeking to recruit suitably experienced staff to join the existing team of skilled and enthusiastic staff at Brightwell.
The Co-ordinator role is part of the management team and has the overview for a caseload of children and is part of the multiagency team supporting the child and family.
They have delegated responsibility for day-to-day operational management, including the staff team and the welfare of the children and young people.
You will work directly with the children/young people and be skilled in adapting activities to meet the needs of individuals.
You will be expected to work a rota over 7 days per week.
You will be suitably qualified with substantial experience of working with disabled children and previous management experience.
